Service Description

This class builds upon the skills learned in the first class, so requires basic knowledge on how to how to chain, work single and double crochets and slip stitches. In this class, with instructor Peggy Cress, you will learn how to work in the round and create 2 different projects: a bowl, basket, or tote (the size is determined by how ambitious you feel), and you will learn how to make a basic motif, as in the classic granny square. We will touch upon how to use the knowledge gained from these classes to be able to make future projects with confidence. Ages 14+ Supply List: - 3-4 skeins worsted weight yarn (can be one color or multiple); - 1 Boye crochet hook and 1 Susan Bates crochet hook in the size recommended on your yarn - locking stitch markers - measuring tape - small pair of scissors - yarn needle - small notebook/journal
