Service Description

During this 6 week class, teen artists will learn multiple hand-building techniques and get a chance to try the pottery wheel. No experience with clay is necessary, but experienced students may pursue their own projects under guidance of the instructor. At our final day of class, everyone will practice simple glazing methods which bring each object to life. Students regularly bring home several ceramic masterpieces which they built themselves from start to finish. They will be also be welcomed into a fun and caring environment where their creativity is encouraged, while making new friends along the way. Pickup finished work 2-3 weeks after last class. All supplies included. Ages 14-17
