Service Description

If you are 65 or over, curious to find out if you can draw and even paint in watercolor, this class is for you! Join Art Barn School of Art at Meridian Woods Community Center in Valparaiso for weekly classes focused on drawing and watercolor skills for older adults of all levels. This class is open to Community Members 65 and over, who will be in a combined group with residents of Pines Village/Meridian Woods and and adult learners with disabilities through Opportunity Enterprises. A gentle approach to learning to draw and paint from observation is the focus, in a comfortable, accessible space that fosters conversation and community. Instructor Suzie Rosso will show you that drawing and painting is possible, and FUN, at any age! All supplies are included in this 90-minute, 4-week program.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are issued, minus a $25 fee, through the first class. No refunds are permitted after that time. There are no refunds on workshops.
