Artwork Limits: You can submit up to 15 total items, with limits on wall art and 3D items due to space.

Payment and an itemized summary will be sent within one month of the market's closing.

Inventory & Display: We may use your submitted artwork as inventory, rotating pieces as items are sold. We encourage you to submit a variety of items at different price points, including one or two "showpiece" works.
We reserve the right to decline submissions and to decide which items are displayed.

Labeling: All artwork must be securely labeled with your three-letter artist ID, the corresponding entry number, and the price. Any work that is not properly labeled will not be displayed.

Small Items: These items are most popular with buyers and align with marketing. This includes ornaments, jewelry, glass, textiles, woodwork, ceramics and other functional/wearable items. Cards and matted/mounted prints in clear sleeves may be submitted in addition to 2D wall art & 3D works. Items must be securely labeled/tagged.

2D Wall Art: 

• Maximum of 5 wall art pieces.

• Sizes not to exceed 10x10 inches.

• All wall art must be wired for hanging (no sawtooth hangers).

3D Art:

• Maximum of 3 larger pieces up to 12x12x16 inches.

• All other pieces must be no larger than 10x10x10 inches.

• Free-standing pieces must have a substantial, flat base.
